Biography
Female-fronted original Boozy garage-rockers (high energy--loud!) notable for the massive number of original songs and covers they know as well as the wailing vocals of frontwoman Cynthia Duvall. Formed 2002, Miami, FL, The Remnants are one of the hardest working live rock 'n' soul outfits in South Florida. Culled from the depths of Dade County slums in 2002, they enthrall crowds in three counties on a weekly basis at every venue possible. The Remnants have been called punk, rock, garage, indie and soul and all are readily applicable.
It's always a pleasure to hang with these monsters of early punk and real rock and roll! Come for the scorching vocals of frontwoman Cynthia DuVall and the excellent musicianship of the rest of the band. Stay for stellar covers of everything from Motown to vintage punk.
